HOW DOES SAINT & SAILOR HANDLE RETURNS?
At Saint and Sailor we understand that buying online can be scary, which is why we want to take that fear out of your purchasing decision. We want you to love your artwork have no regrets. That's why we offer a no questions asked 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase. Simply send it back to us within 60 days and we'll either refund you, or exchange it including your original shipping charges. Your choice!! Simple as that, you don't even need a reason.

Refunds
Once a return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue your refund at that time. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted this is just how some banks and credit card companies work (Unfortunately that's out of our control once we issue the refund).
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 
If you need to exchange your item send us an email at support@saintandsailorstudios.com then mail your item to: 613 W. 38th St. Vancouver Washington US 98660.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We cannot refund more than what was paid.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
