CAN I BUY A HIGH RES DIGITAL FILE SO I CAN MAKE A PRINT MYSELF?

I understand you are a good hearted person and will probably only use the image for personal use but my digital files are an essential part of my business and I have to protect them in this digital age. Hope you understand

 DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE?

No, you can checkout as a guest by not creating an account during the checkout process. Please note that if you do not create an account, you won't be able to check your order status through our site, access your order history, or save your favorites.

DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?

Not yet! All of our prints are standard sized and are ready to go into your frames or fit easily into basic frames sold at many stores. 

ARE YOUR CANVAS READY TO HANG?

Yes all of our canvas come mounted on a 3/4 inch wood frame with either a saw tooth hanger or wire attached to the back depending on the size you choose.

I SEE A WATERMARK ON THE IMAGES, WILL IT BE ON MY PRINTS OR CANVAS?

No, all watermarks are removed prior to printing. They are there to protect the copyright of our images agains digital Piracy. 

CAN I COPY OR USE THE IMAGES FROM THIS WEBSITE ON MY OWN WEBSITE, BLOG BUSINESS CARD ETC.?

No. All rights to all of these images are copyrighted and filed with the US copyright office and cannot be used with out permission. 

CAN YOU MAKE A DONATION TO MY CHARITY?

Due to the amount of donation requests we get we are currently fully committed. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Domestic (US) orders are estimated between 5 and 10 business days depending on your geographical location. 
Canadian orders are estimated between 7-14 business days and International between 12-21 business days. We will update you with a tracking number as soon as we get it for you. 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR LOST IN THE MAIL

I understand this happens from time time. Please send an email to support@saintandsailorstudios.com right away and let us know. We will do everything we can to either figure out where the package is or replace it at no cost to you. 

MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED WHAT DO I DO?

I ORDERED PRINTS AND CANVAS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE SHIPMENT?

Don't worry the other box is coming. We use two different labs for our canvas and photo prints and have a great relationship with both of them. In order that you get your order as quickly as possible they ship in 2 separate shipments.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship in sturdy cardboard boxes or mailers and wrapped in plastic or bubble wrap. Depending on size and type of product we ship via UPS, FEDEX and USPS.
